Love Before ALL (LBA) views sustainability through a holistic lens of Social Equity, Economic Resilience, and Environmental Stewardship.

Social Sustainability: Our core mission is to partner with schools, organizations (nonprofits and for profit), governments, and communities to build just systems that are resilient and sustainable for the communities they serve. We help partners move from short-term fixes to long-term, sustainable cultural change.

Operational Footprint: As a modern, digital-first consultancy, LBA minimizes its environmental impact through a remote-work infrastructure, significantly reducing the carbon emissions associated with daily commuting and office utilities. We prioritize digital deliverables over paper waste and utilize virtual collaboration tools to limit non-essential travel.

3. Economic Sustainability: We advocate for and practice sustainable labor models, ensuring fair compensation and manageable workloads for our team and advising our partners to do the same to prevent burnout and turnover.

Service-Based Supply Chain Strategy: 

As a digital-first professional services firm, LBA’s supply chain consists primarily of digital infrastructure and independent contractors. We manage sustainability in this context by:  

Digital Stewardship: Prioritizing software and cloud service providers (e.g., hosting platforms) that have public commitments to carbon neutrality and renewable energy usage.  

Ethical Labor Ecosystem: Our "supplier" policy prioritizes social sustainability. We vet subcontractors and external partners to ensure they adhere to fair labor practices and equitable wage standards, ensuring our supply chain supports economic resilience.
