The Philosophy: You Cannot Automate Empathy 

At Love Before ALL, our foundational belief is that relationships are the operational foundation of everything we do. We live in a culture obsessed with toxic productivity and limitless extraction; systems that often treat human bodies like machines. As Artificial Intelligence becomes more integrated into the business world, we remain fiercely committed to the human nervous system.

We believe that technology should serve humanity, not the other way around.

How We Use AI (Protecting Our Capacity) 

We utilize AI strictly as an administrative and operational tool behind the scenes. We use it to organize data, streamline scheduling, and reduce operational friction in our workflows.

Why? Because by allowing technology to handle the robotic tasks, we preserve our energy, our boundaries, and our relational capacity for the deeply human work we do with you.

What We Will Never Automate (Protecting the "We") 

Transformation happens in relationships, and true healing deepens when witnessed by others. Therefore, we have strict boundaries around how technology interacts with our community. We promise that:

• The Wisdom is Human: The frameworks, philosophies, and insights shared in our coaching, keynotes, and articles are born from Annie’s lived experience, Executive MBA, and deep expertise in human development.

• The Space is Sacred: We will never use AI to replace the emotional labor of coaching, facilitation, or conflict mediation. When you partner with us, you are being held by a real, regulated human being.

• The Connection is Authentic: If you receive a personal email, a direct message, or a piece of feedback from LBA, it is coming from a human. We do not use automated bots to simulate relational connection.

We use machines to manage the systems, so we can use our hearts to hold the people.
